Forged Parts
Forged parts are high-integrity components produced by hot forging for shafts, gears, rings, flanges and connecting rods in mining, power and marine applications. They transmit high torque, absorb impact loads and ensure safe operation under extreme conditions. Made of premium alloy steels with precision die-forging, our forgings offer: optimized grain structure, high impact toughness, excellent fatigue life, custom dimensions and full material traceability.
Forged Parts — FAQ
Are your gear rings machined after forging?
Yes, all forged gear rings undergo rough machining, heat treatment, and final precision CNC machining to ensure exact tolerances.
Which forged mining parts do you supply?
We supply large slewing gear rings, upper/lower roller rings, roller wheels, weight wheels, sky wheel shafts and drum shafts.
What steel grades are the forgings made from?
They are forged from high-strength alloy steels such as 34CrNi1Mo and 42CrMo.
How are the forged parts hardened?
Forgings are heat treated after forging and then finish-machined to give high impact and wear resistance.
Are these suitable for precision micro-gears?
No, they are for heavy mining machinery, not precision micro-gears or aerospace components.
